We are constructing a special commemorative tile wall to raise funds to help support this very special jubilee celebration. A number of St John's School students have created unique artworks as an example of the tiles; individuals, groups or families are able to purchase a personalised tile by designing your own artwork, and/or and writing your name onto the history of St John's School. Artwork and/or names will be transferred onto the ceramic tiles, and will then installed into a tile wall which will become a vibrant and lasting memorial to the Jubilee festivities. For as little as $60 you are able to purchase an individual personalised tile and write your name onto the history of St John's School. If you are interested in purchasing a tile please book your place now! the demand is likely to exceed the spaces available.

How to purchase a tile:-

• complete the details on the registration page and state that you are ordering a tile in the comments box. - we will then invoice you, or
• send a cheque payable to: St John's PTFA - Jubilee A/c, and post to St John's School - Jubilee Committee 87a Penzance Rd, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0630

Complete your artwork and deliver to St John's School office or post to: St John's Jubilee Commemorative Tile Wall, 87a Penzance Rd, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0630 with your contact details

What we need in terms of artwork:

• Take an A4 piece of paper
• Mark a 20cm x 20cm box on the paper
• Paint or Draw your piece of history/artwork using normal paints, crayons or felts (do not use black backgrounds or fluorescent paints as they do not recreate on the tiles
• The theme should be 'something related to St Johns' for the family sponsoring the tile or a family memory that is special'. This might be specific to a school activity e.g. camp, sports day, gala, musical, Mission Fair, or something that expresses the spirit of the school and family
• Add your name/family names & dates to the tile
• Do not fold the artwork
• Return to the St John's School office with your order details
