Jubilee Programme

The jubilee is a wonderful celebration for us all - past and present, staff, pupils, parents, BOT, PFTA, and friends of the school. It is a time for us all to come together and celebrate 50 amazing years of rich history, friendships and faith. Please ensure you are registered to join us to celebrate the past and embrace the present at the following events:

18th March - Friday Night Party (Adults only 18+) - $25 per head inc. GST

• 7pm - 10.30pm - Mix mingle
• Catch up with old and new friends over fabulous canapes and a drink or two
• 6.30pm-8.00pm - Registration Pack collection
• 6.30pm-8.00pm - Trading table purchases - Jubilee Wine Glasses, Jubilee Book, Fundraising Tiles
• 7.00pm-10.30pm - Complementary wine glass with complementary glass of wine or beer
• 7.00pm-10.30pm - Cash bar - wine, juice, beer, water (bring cash)*

19th March - Saturday Day Jubilee Celebration Ceremony (All Welcome) - $10 per head inc. GST

• 10am - 1.30 pm - School day for current St John's School children, Celebration Ceremony, mix, mingle, photographs
• 9.00am -10.00am - Registration Pack collection
• 10.00-11.30 - Jubilee Celebration Ceremony including speeches, performances, unveiling and blessing of the Jubilee Legacy
• 11.30-1.30pm - Trading table purchases - Jubilee Book, Jubilee Wine Glasses, Fundraising Tiles (cash or cheque)
• 11.30am-1.30pm - Visit a classroom of today and look around the school
• 11.35 am-1.30pm - Special guests photographs, decade photographs, trading table purchases
• 12.30pm-1.30pm - Lunch (for registered attendees only), tea, coffee, cordial (complimentary), other drinks available for purchase (Cafe style coffee, water and soft drinks)*

19th March - Saturday Evening Jubilee Dinner (adults only 18+) - $80 per head inc. GST

• 7.00pm - 12.00am - Jubilee Dinner, MC, Entertainment and Dancing
• Registration Pack Collection - 6.30pm-7.30pm
• 7.00pm arrival, complementary glass with complimentary wine/beer/juice
• 7.00pm - 7.45pm -Mix and mingle
• 7.00pm - 7.45pm - Trading Table purchases - Jubilee Book, Jubilee Wine Glasses, Fundraising Tiles (cash or cheque)**
• 7.45 - 10.00pm - MC, Jubilee Dinner (Fabulous three course dinner with food from all five decades with a modern twist)
• 10.00pm - 12.00am - 2 hours of dancing (disco)

20th March - Sunday Mass (All Welcome) - No Charge

• 11.00am-12.30pm - Jubilee Mass, Tea, Coffee, and Jubilee Cake
• 10.30am-11.00am - Registration Pack Collection
• 11.00am-12.30pm - Bishop Pat Dunn and Father John Webb and Deacon Dave Marshall
• Jubilee cake, tea, coffee and cordial (complimentary), other drinks available for purchase (water and soft drinks)*
• 500 seats available in the marquee

* Please bring cash for drink purchases

**Items purchased from the trading table may be paid for by cash or cheque

Where possible please bring cash for drink purchases. All drink purchases will be cash only. There will be an EFT-POS facility available at each event for cash out if required.
